New Addition to Portfolio: Acquisition of Acara Penthouse Hotel in Oldenburg

The hotel, which features 62 rooms, will now operate under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham brand, adding another premium property in an attractive downtown location to the Aspire Hotel Group’s portfolio.

Situated in the heart of Oldenburg, the Acara Penthouse Hotel offers both tourists and business travelers first-class accommodation. Its central location makes it an ideal starting point to explore the historic old town, cultural landmarks like Oldenburg Castle, and charming walking paths along the Hunte River. The hotel is also an optimal choice for business travelers who value proximity to economically significant areas in the region.

In addition to enhancing local tourism, the acquisition also supports and creates jobs in the region.
