Aspire Hotel Group and Hilton Announce New Brand for the German Market: Spark by Hilton Debuts in Germany with Property in Stuttgart
The Spark by Hilton Stuttgart Sindelfingen is set to open later this year, making it the first property of the brand in continental Europe.
A franchise agreement has been signed with Aspire Hotel GmbH for the 103-room hotel, which is scheduled to open this year. This follows the successful launch of the very first Spark by Hilton in 2023. Spark is the fastest-growing brand in the company’s history. Since its initial opening last October, its portfolio has quickly expanded to more than 30 hotels, with over 175 in development.
“We are excited to open the very first Spark by Hilton in Germany. Following the successful launch and rapid growth of the brand in the U.S., this is an important step in our expansion,” said Patrick Fitzgibbon, Senior Vice President, Development EMEA, Hilton. “This is a significant milestone in our journey to meet the considerable demand for premium economy accommodations, offering value to guests and maximizing returns for our owners. With hotels from eight brands either operating or in development in Germany, we look forward to catering to an even wider range of travel needs in this important strategic growth market.”
